We work to show descriptions, prices, availability, and taxes clearly. If we detect an obvious error, we may correct it and, if it affects an order, contact you to confirm or cancel the transaction.
Orders and contracting
An order is considered received when you complete the process indicated on the site. Acceptance may depend on payment confirmation, availability, data validation, or security checks.
Prices and payments
Prices are shown in EUR and include or exclude taxes as indicated in each case. Payments are processed through secure providers. We do not store full card details unless the provider allows it and you authorise it.
User account
If you create an account, you must provide accurate data and keep your password secure. You may request account closure by writing to hello@example.test.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use the site for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, unauthorised automated, or harmful activities, or in ways that damage our systems or third-party rights.
