Shipping areas
We currently ship to Spain and Portugal. If your area is not available at checkout, contact us at support@example.test.
Preparation
Orders are normally prepared within 2 business days from payment confirmation, except customised products, pre-orders, or special campaigns.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are 24-72 hours for domestic shipments and 3-7 business days for international shipments. They are estimates and may vary due to logistics, holidays, customs, or force majeure.
Costs
Shipping costs are shown before you confirm the order. They may depend on destination, weight, volume, order amount, chosen method, or active promotions.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will send the relevant link or number to the email provided with the order.
Issues
If a package arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not delivered within a reasonable time, contact support@example.test as soon as possible with order number and photos where relevant.
Customs and import taxes
