How to request exchanges, returns, withdrawals, and refunds.

Right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, you may have the right to withdraw from the purchase within the applicable legal period, commonly 14 calendar days, unless legal exceptions apply.
Exceptions
Withdrawal may not apply to customised products, perishable goods, sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons once opened, digital content started with consent, fully performed services, or other cases provided by law.
How to request a return
Write to support@example.test with order number, product, reason, and photos where relevant. We will reply with instructions before you send anything back.
Condition of products
Products must be returned in good condition, complete, and where possible with original packaging. If a product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, depreciation may apply.
Return costs
Return costs are communicated before the process is confirmed. If the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect, we will cover the reasonable costs that apply.
Refunds
Once the return is received and checked, we will refund using the same payment method or another agreed method. The estimated period is 5 to 10 business days.
Exchanges
If we offer size, variant, or product exchanges, they are subject to availability and the conditions indicated by customer support.
